Everyone ought to learn a...Couldn't agree more! Everyone ought to learn about different KINDS of language and I actually thought that teachers were doing some of this, at least in some schools. You know, the writing of letters, journalism, reports, advertisements etc precisely to see HOW THE LANGUAGE DIFFERS in each form.
