Hit and Miss: a rant.


So, tell me. When I see a headline that says

GROWTH TARGETS HIT AGAIN

does that mean that growth targets have been attained or not?

No, sorry, I can't tell you, I was too baffled to read the article.

Still, come to think about it, it probably doesn't matter that much anyway.

Ah well.
